We offer a public status page located at https://status.tanklogix.com. We have systems in place to monitor core aspects of our client platform. Anytime an outage is detected, it will automatically update the status page. Additionally, we may manually declare other incidents and issues. When an issue is ongoing, we will periodically post updates. In addition to system issues and downtime, we will also post significant planned maintenance on this page.

You can subscribe to updates at the top of the status page by clicking the blue “Subscribe to Updates” button.

By default, the last 90 days of historical uptime is shown. Click the “View historical uptime” option in the upper right of the components list to view past uptime stats.

 

 

 

 

We also provide some automated system metrics as trends viewable in day, week or month timeframes
