Video Instructions

1. Download

Please click here to download the Ignition Native Client Launcher setup. Once the file has finished downloading, open it to start the installation setup.

2. Install

You should see this screen when the installer opens:

We recommend using the default destination. Click “Next”.

If you see this message, click “Yes”

On the next page, leave “Create a desktop shortcut” checked and click “Next”

On the last page, click Install and wait for the installer to finish.

When the installer has finished, leave “Launch Client Launcher” selected and click “Finish”

3. Point the launcher to the correct gateway

Once your client launcher is open your screen will reflect one of two options:

Gateway URL Set

If the underlined url is not client.tanklogix.com/main, click “CHANGE”. If it is already client.tanklogix.com/main, skip to “Launch the client!”

Gateway URL N/A

If the url or status shows N/A, follow the steps listed below

  1. Select “Manually Input Gateway” if not already selected
  2. Type client.tanklogix.com in the field
  3. Check “Add to Favorites”
  4. Click “Continue” at the bottom of the window

4. Launch the client!

Now that we’re sure the launcher is pointed at the correct gateway, leave “Create desktop icon” and “Use bundled JRE” checked and select the “Launch” button next to the “Client” project.

You should see the login screen, enter your username and password and you should see the client come up.

Once you’ve launched it the first time, you should have a Desktop Shortcut that you can use going forward.
