  • Ticket Management 3.2 Read-Only represents a completely read-only version of Ticket Management 3.2
  • The Ticket Management Read Only role:
    • Can see all ticket information.
    • Can see all ticket images.
    • Can search and filter ticket and lease-wells information.
    • Can download ticket information to csv or pdf files.
    • Cannot create, update, or delete tickets.
